David Kim is a Patent Agent in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Kim’s practice includes prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications and patent reexamination. His practice covers various areas in electrical and mechanical technologies, such as consumer electronics, mobile telecommunications, physical optics, and computer networks.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Kim was a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in the technology area of optical communications. He is also registered to practice before the USPTO. Mr. Kim received a B.S.E. degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University.
