Michael Ward is guest lecturing for the Entrepreneurial Management Class in the Executive MBA program at University of San Francisco. He will discuss ways in which to safeguard the early stage company's assets which includes IP and HR related situations and preventing the latter from becoming issues for the early stage venture.
