Diana Quarry is an associate with the Real Estate Group in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster, where her practice focuses on real estate financial transactions. Ms. Quarry has represented major financial institutions in multifaceted financing arrangements, refinancings, and restructurings.
Ms. Quarry earned her J.D. in 2008 from Cornell University Law School, where she was general editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
