Duncan Grieve is an associate in the Litigation Group of Morrison & Foerster's London office.
Mr. Grieve advises on commercial disputes including securities litigation, insolvency matters and claims involving complex financial products.
Mr. Grieve also has experience in regulatory compliance and corporate investigations. He has acted on a number of fraud and corruption matters, both civil and criminal, including a recent high profile white-collar defence case.
After obtaining a first in History in 2007 from the University of York, Mr. Grieve completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Manchester. Mr. Grieve is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
