Dylan Raife is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and patent litigation. Mr. Raife has worked on a variety of matters involving a broad range of technologies including wireless and wired computer security systems, Bluetooth, video compression, voice recognition, and electronic cigarettes. Mr. Raife’s experience includes drafting briefs, analyzing prior art, working with experts, and handling all aspects of discovery.
Mr. Raife received his J.D. in 2012 from the UCLA School of Law, where was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Raife served as a research assistant and completed a study abroad program at Keio Law School in Tokyo, Japan. He graduated, with honors, from Grinnell College where he received his B.A. in Japanese Studies.
