Efrain Staino is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office.
Mr. Staino received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Fellow. While in law school, Mr. Staino served as technical editor for the Santa Clara Law Review, participated in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and served as a judicial extern at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Prior to law school, Mr. Staino worked for seven years as a software engineer in Sweden and the United States. Mr. Staino earned his M.S. in electrical engineering from Lund University in Sweden. Mr. Staino is fluent in Swedish and Spanish.
