Elizabeth Dryden is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Dryden’s practice focuses on both lender and borrower representation in a wide variety of debt finance transactions, including secured and unsecured transactions, syndicated and bilateral transactions, acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, and cross-border transactions. Ms. Dryden has experience in a variety of industries, including information technology, media, telecommunications, civil construction, and industrial mining.
Ms. Dryden received her B.A. from Columbia University in 2004 and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, Ms. Dryden served as senior production editor for the Journal of Law and Business.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Dryden was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP.
