Emily Sheffield is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office. She practices general commercial litigation with a focus on intellectual property issues and securities.
Ms. Sheffield received her JD in 2009 from the University of Chicago, where she worked with the Exoneration Project, a legal aid clinic that represents clients who have been convicted of crimes of which they are innocent. She earned her BA in English from University of California, Berkeley, in 2004.
