Emily Huters is an associate in the Litigation Department of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster. Her practice includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and federal government investigations.
Ms. Huters is active in the firm’s pro bono efforts, having represented clients in criminal and civil rights matters, and she received Pro Bono Publico Awards for Outstanding Service from the Legal Aid Society in 2009 and 2010. She earned her J.D. in 2007 from New York University School of Law, where she interned at a number of public service organizations, including the Brennan Center for Justice and the Prisoners' Rights Project of the Legal Aid Society.
