Emily Friesen Regier is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review; during the summer, she interned for the Honorable Peter K. Leisure of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Regier earned her B.A. from Swarthmore College, where she designed an interdisciplinary major in Art and Identity, drawing from the English Literature and Art History Departments.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Regier clerked for the Honorable Alan B. Johnson of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
