Eric Wiesner is an associate in the litigation department of Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Mr. Wiesner has represented clients in a variety of matters before state and federal courts, federal agencies, and in private arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wiesner served as law clerk to the Honorable James Ware in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Wiesner earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was Editor in Chief of the Law Review and received the Academic Excellence Award for his graduating class. Mr. Wiesner represented his law school in a national moot court competition, where his team won an award for brief writing. Mr. Wiesner also earned CALI awards for top grades in several classes and received honors in appellate advocacy for oral argument and brief writing.
