Eric Pai is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto Office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Mr. Pai represents clients in complex patent cases in a wide variety of industries and technologies. He has examined witnesses and presented closing argument at trial, argued Markman and summary judgment hearings, and taken and defended numerous depositions.
Mr. Pai graduated from Yale Law School, where he served on the Board of the Yale Law Journal and as Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation. He received his B.A. degree, with distinction and interdisciplinary honors, in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
