Mr. Roose's practice focuses on international tax planning and general corporate and business advisory tax work, focusing on Asia-Pacific and the United States.
Mr. Roose has thirty years of experience advising multinational and domestic businesses, international investment funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, high-technology companies, financial institutions and financial service industry companies, government institutions, and global real estate investment funds with respect to all tax aspects of their business and investment activities in the Asia-Pacific Region, particularly with regard to the United States, Japan, China, and Singapore. He has extensive experience advising on the U.S. Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
