Eric Tate, co-chair of Morrison & Foerster's Employment & Labor Practice Group, has been appointed employer vice-chair of the American Bar Association's 2014 Labor and Employment Section Annual CLE Conference. The annual event is the country's largest gathering of employer, employee, union and government employment lawyers. Eric's one-year term will begin on August 13 at the conclusion of the 2013 ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco.
Eric has served in many ABA leadership positions leading up to this most recent appointment. He is a past co-chair of the ABA Annual Meeting Committee and the Alternative Dispute Resolution, At-Will and Collateral Torts, and Worker Dislocation Subcommittees. He currently serves as co-chair of the Trade Secrets and Restrictive Covenants Subcommittee of the Section's Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee.
