Evan Klarich is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity Fund Groups. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including private financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate counseling. Mr. Klarich also focuses his practice on private equity fund formation, where he represents fund sponsors and institutional investors in connection with the formation of and investments in venture capital funds, real estate funds and other private equity funds. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Klarich interned at the San Francisco Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Klarich received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he served as an editor of the UC Davis Law Review.
