Francis Ho is an attorney at Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office, where his practice focuses on patent litigation. His cases have involved digital rights management, web search algorithms, portable computer hardware, converter circuits, and plasma televisions.
Mr. Ho received his J.D. from The University Texas School of Law in 2006, where he graduated with high honors and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Mr. Ho participated in the Capital Punishment Clinic, assisting death row inmates in the appeals process. He was also an associate editor of the Texas Law Review and a member of the Legal Research Board. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with honors with a minor in English.
