Fumihiko Hori is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Hori represents a variety of corporations, both in Japan and overseas, in general corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the fields of M&A, joint ventures and global strategic alliances, intellectual property and technology transactions, and antitrust & competition law.
Before starting his law career, Mr. Hori spent six years working for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI).
Mr. Hori is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan (a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association) and a qualified lawyer in New York.
