Gemma Anderson is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s London office and a member of the Litigation Group. She practices in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Ms. Anderson advises public and private companies and non-profit organisations in relation to variety of claims, including complex contractual and financial disputes, product liability and antitrust claims, and contentious commercial agency and employment matters. She has experience across a broad spectrum of industries, such as technology, outsourcing, life sciences, energy, and aviation.
Ms. Anderson acts for clients in relation to litigation in the English High Court and a range of other forums. She has particular experience in arbitration, including international and domestic arbitrations under both institutional and ad hoc rules.
Ms. Anderson graduated from the University of Auckland with Bachelors of Law (Honours) and Commerce in 2005 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in February 2006. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Anderson practised at a specialist litigation firm in New Zealand, before completing her Master of Law (First Class Honours) at the University of Cambridge in 2009.
