Mr. Peck specializes in banking and finance. He represents lenders, issuers, and borrowers in a wide array of financings, including syndicating lending, asset-based lending, debt and equity private placements, and project and infrastructure financing. He has experience with both domestic and cross-border transactions, and particular experience with Latin American transactions. Mr. Peck also regularly represents clients in connection with insolvency matters, including complex workouts and restructurings, loan trading, and related transactions.
Mr. Peck previously worked as counsel at a global investment bank where he provided legal support to the bank's proprietary and special situations investment groups and par and distressed trading groups.
