Greg Joynson is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s London office.
Mr. Joynson advises on a wide range of matters including public offerings, private financings, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He has worked for both private and public companies in the banking, media, sport and real estate industries.
Mr. Joynson studied Law at the University of Manchester. He trained and qualified in March 2011 into the Corporate Department of Mayer Brown. He has also spent some time on secondment at a leading music publisher. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
