On June 13, The National Law Journal recognized San Francisco partner Harold McElhinny as one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America at an awards dinner held at New York's Gotham Hall. San Francisco partner Michael Jacobs accepted the award on Harold's behalf.
The National Law Journal publishes a list of the "100 lawyers in the United States who have shaped the legal world through their work in the courtroom, at the negotiating table, in the classroom or on Capitol Hill." The winning lawyers are selected by the editors of The National Law Journal based upon recommendations from the legal community.
Harold was recognized for "his jury charming skills [that] have made him much sought after when technology companies fight over patents."
