Heidi Pang is an associate resident in the Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes advising on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, funds and structured products-related matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Pang spent two years as the legal counsel at CCB International, the investment banking arm of China Construction Bank, in Hong Kong. She also worked in the corporate departments of two major international firms working on a structured products and a variety of transactions involving Hong Kong public companies.
Ms. Pang received her LL.B. and PCLL from The University of Hong Kong. She was admitted to practice in Hong Kong in 2008 and she is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
