Hideto Nagai is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. He represents a wide variety of domestic and foreign corporations in general corporate, commercial, and cross-border matters, particularly in the areas of M&A and intellectual property.
He worked for the International Finance Departments of Nichimen Corp. (now Sojitz Corp.), from 1999 to 2001. Mr. Nagai is a bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and is a member of the Daiichi Tokyo Bar Association.
