Mr. Goda works with both Japanese and non-Japanese clients in a number of sectors on various corporate transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions transactions and capital markets transactions. He also provides legal advice on Japanese financial regulations including the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
Mr. Goda received his LL.M from Columbia Law School in 2008. He is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan and New York.
