The Institute of International Bankers and Morrison & Foerster are hosting a breakfast briefing on covered bonds.
During 2010, foreign banks issued approximately $30 billion of covered bonds into the U.S. markets, and 2011 promises to be another active year. The briefing will provide practical advice on how foreign banks can access U.S. investors through 3(a)(2) and 144A issuances of covered bonds.
