Morrison & Foerster associate Harris Gao will speak at IP China 2011 The 7th Annual Intellectual Property Forum to be held in Beijing from December 8 to December 9, 2011. The seminar is organized by the Ministry of Industry and the Information Technology Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center in PRC. The theme of the forum will be "Help for Software and Integrated Circuit Industries, Attention to Commercial Secrets Protection." The summit will also aim to analyze the NO.4 document and encourage participants to share their observations of trends in the domestic industry.
