Following a 2007 IRS ruling which qualified power transmission assets as real property, REITs are now starting to emerge as a possible alternative investment vehicle to the traditional fund model for infrastructure investments, and two such Non-Traded REITs have recently been launched. This session will discuss the ins and outs of infrastructure as an investment opportunity for Non-Traded REITs.
