Irene Pertsovsky is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Ms. Pertsovsky has a broad-based litigation practice, emphasizing in securities litigation and general commercial litigation. Her experience crosses a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, semiconductor, and financial services.
Ms. Pertsovsky has prepared for numerous trials. She was a member of the JDS Uniphase Corporation Securities Litigation trial team, which successfully achieved a jury verdict on behalf of JDSU and former executives in a securities class action seeking $20 billion in damages for alleged fraud and insider trading. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Ms. Pertsovsky received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley. She received her J.D. cum laude from U.C. Hastings College of the Law and is a member of the Thurston Society. While at U.C. Hastings, she was awarded the David E. Snodgrass Award for appellate advocacy.
