Isamu Inohara is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Department, based in the Tokyo office. Mr. Inohara has an emphasis on cross-border M&A, both inbound and outbound. His strength is being able to bridge the differences in culture, experience, and expectations between parties from different jurisdictions, and to provide expert advice in an expedited manner. Mr. Inohara also has substantial experience with carve-out transactions and managing deals with assets in multiple countries, especially in Asia.
