Ivy Tsang is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Her practice ranges from securities offerings, capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions as well as regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Tsang worked at the commercial and securities group and IP department of a major international law firm.
Ms. Tsang holds the Bachelor of Laws degree from King’s College London and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. Tsang is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
