On May 10, Cedric Chao, co-chair of Morrison & Foerster’s international arbitration practice will lead an interactive discussion on the attorney's and client’s perspective on ADR, as well as give an overview of how the different venues and arbitration providers stack up against each other for international commercial arbitration. He will also touch on the effort to establish SF as a major international arbitration center.
