Jacob Mendoza is Of Counsel in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the Capital Markets Group.
Mr. Mendoza's practice focuses on corporate finance and the representation of institutional issuers in the U.S. institutional financial marketplace. He represents clients in a range of financing transactions, including bank syndications, private secured and unsecured debt placements, and various bank finance products. He also has a specialized practice representing non-U.S. entities that wish to make cross-border private placements of securities to U.S. financial institutions.
Mr. Mendoza is a member of the Illinois bar. He received his B.A. from Purdue University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
