James Lloyd is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s London office.
Mr. Lloyd represents individuals and companies in a wide range of matters, including complex contractual and financial disputes and cross-border insolvency disputes. As part of his international practice, he also regularly advises clients based in the US and Asia on various aspects of English law, practice and procedure.
Mr. Lloyd has experience representing companies and individuals in regulatory compliance matters and corporate investigations in connection with fraud and corruption matters. He also advises clients in connection with inquiries by UK Parliamentary select committees.
