Janny Tai is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Ms. Tai’s practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions including capital markets, securities offerings, initial public offerings, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in intellectual property and employment related matters.
Ms. Tai received her LL.B., B.Com. and M.Com. from the University of New South Wales in Australia. Ms. Tai was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia in 2006 and as a Solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong in 2009. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
