Jared Miller is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and patent litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller worked as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin and as a researcher at the Computer Science Assistive Technology Lab at Utah State University. Mr. Miller was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster in 2011.
Mr. Miller received his J.D. in 2012 from Northwestern University School of Law where he was the staff editor of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. He received his B.S., cum laude, in Computer Science from Utah State University.
