Jarod Taylor is a litigation associate in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Defense (“SLEW”) and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Mr. Taylor’s practice focuses on global internal investigations and regulatory compliance matters, including matters involving allegations of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) violations, securities fraud, and cartel activity. He also assists clients with merger and acquisition due diligence focused on the FCPA and compliance-related issues, as well as with preventive counseling, compliance training, and review and development of corporate compliance policies.
Mr. Taylor received his J.D. in 2009 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Business Transactions.
