Jason Cimmiyotti is an associate in the firm's Financial Transactions Group. He advises public and private borrowers, sponsors, financial institutions, and other corporate clients in connection with various financial transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, project financing, bankruptcy matters, securities offerings, and cross-border investments. Mr. Cimmiyotti has experience with a broad range of credit facilities, including secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral, senior and subordinated, revolving, term, bridge, and asset-backed facilities.
Mr. Cimmiyotti has represented clients across a variety of industries, including food, energy, finance, agriculture, real estate, manufacturing, shipping, health care, and telecommunications.
Mr. Cimmiyotti earned his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, his B.S. from the University of California at Berkeley, and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
