Jeff Rosenberg is a litigator in the firm's New York office. His practice is concentrated in complex civil litigation with particular emphasis on financial services and consumer class action litigation as well as the enforcement of federal statutes and regulations. Mr. Rosenberg has drafted and argued motions in both federal and state court and is familiar with all stages of pre-trial practice. He has also practiced at the appellate level in both federal and state court. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing thirteen foster children in Henry A., et al. v. Willden, et al., a putative class action brought in federal court seeking monetary damages on behalf of the individual plaintiffs and injunctive relief to correct severe deficiencies in Clark County, Nevada's child welfare system.
Mr. Rosenberg received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2009, where he served as Managing Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and a Staff Member of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. He received his B.S. in Environmental Engineering cum laude from Oregon State University in 2003. Prior to attending law school, he worked as an environmental consultant, designing, and implementing soil and groundwater investigation, modeling, and remediation plans.
