Jeffrey David is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on complex litigation involving product liability, intellectual property, commercial, and class action matters.
Mr. David received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2009, where he was the executive editor of the Alaska Law Review, and a member of the Duke Law Moot Court Executive Board. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard Fybel, Associate Justice on the California Court of Appeal.
Mr. David graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles magna cum laude in 2006. He received his B.A. in political science and history while earning UCLA College Honors, and becoming a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
