Jeffrey Patten is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Patten concentrates his practice on business transactions, primarily the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of mergers and acquisitions transactions, for a variety of clients in a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Patten worked as an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions departments of two other international law firms.
Mr. Patten earned his LL.B., with honors, from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and his B.A., with first class honors, from McGill University.
