Jenny Wang is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's New York office. Her practice focuses on general corporate finance matters.
Ms. Wang received her J.D. in 2010 from Cornell Law School, where she served as an editor of the International Law Journal. She received her B. S., with honors with distinction, from the University of Delaware, where she majored in Finance and Business Administration.
She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
