Jeremy Hunt has wide experience of mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and general advisory work. He advises in particular on matters involving the Hong Kong Listing Rules and/or the Hong Kong Takeover Code, including public takeovers, PIPEs, sell-downs of stakes in Hong Kong listed companies, M&A transactions involving a Hong Kong listed entity as seller or buyer, and concert party issues. Mr. Hunt has also advised extensively on private equity transactions in both Europe and Asia Pacific, including growth capital investments, pre-IPO financings and LBOs.
