Jessica King is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Department, based in the firm's Northern Virginia office. Her practice involves representing companies in various corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Ms. King provides her clients with day-to-day advice on a broad range of general corporate and business issues.
Ms. King has advised on a broad range of public and private transactions, frequently with a significant cross-border dimension. She has acted for buyers and sellers in mergers, tender offers, stock and asset acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures, and restructuring transactions. Ms. King has represented domestic and foreign companies in a variety of industries, including consumer products, technology/media, telecommunication, financial services, energy, and real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. King was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions practice group at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP in London and Washington, D.C.
