Jessica Lehrman is an associate in the New York office and is a member of the Technology Transactions Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lehrman was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm, where she focused on intellectual property matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestments and secured financings. Ms. Lehrman received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University.
