John Good is a partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Finance practice. His practice focuses on securities offerings and other corporate finance matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general representation of public and private companies and underwriters. Mr. Good’s industry experience includes REITs (equity and mortgage) and other real estate companies, financial institutions, retail, healthcare, business development companies and closed-end investment companies.
