John Lanham works in the fields of intellectual property, securities litigation and enforcement, employment law, and general commercial litigation. Mr. Lanham has represented clients in connection with patent litigation, Securities and Exchange Commission investigations, private securities litigation, contract disputes, and various employment matters.
Mr. Lanham graduated, magna cum laude, from The Colorado College, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Lanham attended Northwestern University School of Law, from which he graduated, cum laude. While at Northwestern University School of Law, Mr. Lanham served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Joan Humphrey Lefkow of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and as an associate editor for the Northwestern University Law Review.
