Jordana Grodnitzky is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Department, based in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Her practice involves representing companies in various corporate matters, with a particular focus on technology transactions and outsourcing. Ms. Grodnitzky has worked with privately held and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries, including retail, software, healthcare, real estate and financial services.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grodnitzky was Corporate Counsel for the Michael Kors domestic and international companies, where she managed global real estate, commercial contracts and intellectual property matters for the companies.
Ms. Grodnitzky earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and special projects editor for Columbia Journal of Gender and Law. She received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
