Joseph Mei is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai Office. His practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (inbound and outbound), private equity, take-private, leveraged buy-out, venture capital, U.S. securities law matters and technology transactions.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Mei was a member of Sullivan & Cromwell’s general practice group.
Mr. Mei obtained his J.D. and B.S.E.E. from the University of Michigan. Mr. Mei is admitted to the State Bar of New York and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
