Joshua Pierce is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group of Morrison & Foerster's New York office. He has advised lenders, issuers, and borrowers on a wide variety of complex financings, including project and infrastructure finance, aircraft finance, other asset-based finance, and securitization. His experience includes both domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured transactions.
Mr. Pierce received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009, where he was the notes & articles editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He has previously worked in the New York and London offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, as well as at the U.S. Department of State in the Office of the Legal Adviser.
