Julia Kripke is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. She is involved in intellectual property litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on trademark matters. Her practice focuses on domestic and international trademark counseling, prosecution, and enforcement, including litigation proceedings in federal court as well as opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Kripke received her B.A. in history, magna cum laude, from Yale College in 2004, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D., with distinction, from Stanford Law School in 2009, where she was a notes editor of the Stanford Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received the Hilmer Oehlmann, Jr., Award for Legal Research and Writing.
